About Our Approach

We begin with a very detailed 50-minute discussion between you and our resident Ayurvedic Practitioner, Sally Miller.

Sally will focus on getting to know you, your digestive health history, and the details of your current symptoms. Then she’ll explain any relevant Ayurvedic terms or concepts that she thinks could help you understand what’s happening from a more holistic perspective.

We believe that healing your gut requires so much more than just supplements, medication, restrictive diets or surgery.

We’ll map out how your digestive system is connected to your emotions, stress levels, food choices, timing of your meals and so much more.

Instead of feeling criticized or judged you’ll leave feeling empowered and excited.

This is a path of true healing and wholeness. Our job is to reflect the brilliance and wisdom of your body so you can befriend your belly and start living the life you want to live.

FAQ’s

What kind of recommendations might I receive?

Based on your symptoms and what she thinks would be most effective, Sally will suggest food, herbs, yoga, meditation or daily routine changes that are manageable and customized just for you.

Many of Sally’s clients have used these customized recommendations with great success for years to come. Sally doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. You will receive recommendations that are 100% unique to you!

How often will we meet after our first appointment?

In the beginning Sally recommends meeting every 1-2 weeks depending on your budget and availability. This gives you time to try the recommendations and see what is working for you and what is not. Once you’ve found sustained relief, you can decide whatever frequency of follow-up visits works for you.

What is the price of the appointments?

The price is $150. The initial appointment and any follow-up appointments are the same price.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Unfortunately at this time Ayurvedic Consultations are not covered by insurance.

Do you see clients in-person or online?

We only work with clients online. After you make your appointment you’ll be emailed a ZOOM link.

Is there any paperwork I need to fill out before my first appointment?

Yes. You will be emailed a simple intake form after you book your session. It includes questions like why you’re making your appointment, what medications you’re currently taking, and how long you’ve been suffering with your symptoms or concerns.
